By accessing and using HeyDict, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

HeyDict is a desktop voice assistant application that executes commands using voice recognition. The software is provided "as is" and intended for personal or professional use.

3. User Conduct

Users must not use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

4. Liability

HeyDict shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HeyDict operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
